Ordering and freight charges
Please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery on standard orders. Some items are ordered from America and approximately 3-4 weeks must be allowed for these orders (this will be specified on the relevant page). Personalised orders take approximately 4 weeks.
If you require your order urgently please contact us as we should be able to arrange faster delivery via courier direct from our suppliers.
Freight is charged as follows:
Order up to $299.99 = $10.00 freight cost
Order $300.00 - $499.99 = $15.00 freight cost
Order $500.00 - $799.99 = $20.00 freight cost
Order $800.00 - $999.99 = $25.00 freight cost
Order $1,000 and above = $30 freight cost
Orders are generally shipped by registered post or Express Post. Larger orders will be sent by courier.
How to pay
The Wise Bride accepts credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard) which are processed via PayPal, a secure, encrypted server.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay via this method. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply select the pay by credit card option at the bottom left of the screen and your payment will be processed without you needing to register with PayPal.
You can also make your payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, by cheque or money order, please email us if you wish to pay by these methods.
Be sure to specify the date required and any changes you might like to contents etc. Please note that some costs may change to those specified, depending on the contents.
There is no minimum order on most items.
All prices include GST and are in Australian dollars.
International orders are also welcome, please contact The Wise Bride for charges and freight costs.
If the goods you receive are damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange replacement.
If you are unhappy with your order you can return goods for exchange or refund provided that goods have not been removed from original packaging.
If there is an error in personalised items we will not exchange or refund unless there has been an error on the part of The Wise Bride. If the customer has made an error at the time of ordering, we will not exchange or refund.
